Booking system and personal data


The personal data of Nans Clerc's customers is collected, processed and used without further express and prior consent insofar as this is necessary for the conclusion and proper

execution of the contract, as well as for billing purposes.


The conclusion and proper performances of the contract generally require knowledge of the name, phone contact, and a valid email address of the customer, knows as « Basic data ». You will never be asked to enter your Credit Card details. Reservations and payments are made exclusively by bank transfer, cheque or cash. This data are collected through the contact form or any other contact means: email, regular mail, phone, messaging application (WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Viber, FB Messenger, VK Messenger ...).


In addition to the contact details of the person making the reservation, Nans Clerc keeps the information concerning the clients taking part in its services for security reasons, among other things: last name/first name, practice level, additional information (allergies, medical problems, etc.).

General information on personal data protection


The usage data necessary for the invoicing of each service, so‐called « billing data », are kept for the legal retention period from the date of issue of the invoice or the payment transaction. If the customer disputes or does not pay the invoice after a reminder, the billing data will be kept until the dispute is settled. If this data is required for legal, statutory or contractual obligations, Nans Clerc will block it for this purpose.


If the conditions are met, Nans Clerc is allowed to collect, process and use personal data that is necessary to establish and stop unlawful uses, and to enforce its rights in relation to the customer. Insofar as necessary, Nans Clerc is entitled to collect, process and use basic and connection data to identify, limit and eliminate malfunctions and defects in the communication systems.
